Stride Company MedCerts Appoints Craig Sprinkle As CEO
- Stride Inc (NYSE: LRN) owned eLearning solutions provider, MedCerts has appointed Craig Sprinkle as Chief Executive Officer.
- Sprinkle will succeed CEO Jason Aubrey on November 7, 2022, in a planned transition.
- He joined MedCerts in 2018 in a combined role of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer and has served as Chief Financial Officer since 2020.
- As the CFO, Sprinkle oversaw more than a 4x increase in enrollments and revenue.
- He also guided MedCerts to consistent placement on the Inc. 5000 list of Fastest Growing Private Companies prior to its acquisition by Stride.
- Price Action: LRN shares are trading higher by 0.56% at $35.89 on the last check Monday.
