  • Ensysce Biosciences, Inc. (NASDAQ: ENSC) gained 60% to $1.08 after the company reported initiation of final stage of opioid overdose protection Phase 1 study.
  • Plutonian Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ: PLTNR) surged 36.5% to $0.2320.
  • First Wave BioPharma, Inc. (NASDAQ: FWBI) shares jumped 36% to $6.01 after the company announced expansion of adrulipase intellectual property portfolio.
  • eHealth, Inc. (NASDAQ: EHTH) gained 26.9% to $6.88 after the company raised its preliminary FY22 revenue guidance.

  • Inhibikase Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: IKT) gained 13.2% to $1.03 as the company said the FDA has lifted full clinical hold on IkT-148009 in Parkinson's Disease.
  • iPower Inc. (NASDAQ: IPW) gained 13% to $0.87.
  • Kidpik Corp. (NASDAQ: PIK) jumped 11.5% to $1.07.

  • Grom Social Enterprises, Inc. (NASDAQ: GROM) fell 29.6% to $1.5650 after the company reported pricing of $3.0 million private placement priced at-the-market per Nasdaq rules.
  • Precigen, Inc. (NASDAQ: PGEN) shares tumbled 28.5% to $1.5650 after the company reported pricing of $75.0 million public offering of common stock.
  • Extreme Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: EXTR) fell 20% to $15.45 after the company posted upbeat Q2 results. Extreme Networks also announced that CFO Rémi Thomas will leave the company.
  • Verb Technology Company, Inc. (NASDAQ: VERB) dipped 17.4% to $0.1677. Verb Technology, on Tuesday, priced its $7.2 million underwritten public offering of common stock.
  • Reed's, Inc. (NASDAQ: REED) fell 17.2% to $0.0762 after the company announced a reverse stock split.
  • Bit Brother Limited (NASDAQ: BTB) dropped 16% to $2.4150. Bit Brother reached potential collaboration with Blockworx1 for sell price of $1.2 million.
  • Helbiz, Inc. (NASDAQ: HLBZ) shares dropped 15.3% to $0.3448. Helbiz, on Tuesday, announced over 1300 pre-orders generating over $2.2 million in future sales.
  • Baudax Bio, Inc. (NASDAQ: BXRX) fell 14.6% to $3.56. Baudax Bio recently announced the outcome of its first interim analysis in a Phase II trial of BX1000 for neuromuscular blockade in patients undergoing elective surgery.
