Ralcorp Holdings, Inc. (RAH) Maintains Buy (1) Rating; Estimates Raised
Analysts Heather L. Jones and Brett M. Hundley at BB&T Capital Markets have released an update on Ralcorp Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: RAH).
Ralcorp’s private label volume showing improved considerably in the first-quarter. The improvement was driven by frozen bakery and snack volumes. Analysts believe volumes will be even better in the second-quarter and will be positive as the company has won sizable new business.
Analysts have raised FY10 and FY11 EPS estimates for the company. FY10 EPS has been raised from $4.82 to $4.90, while FY11 EPS estimates has been raised from $5.25 to $5.30.
Analysts at BB&T Capital Markets have maintained their Buy (1) rating and 12-momth price target of $76 for Ralcorp Holdings, Inc.
