Tigers To Re-sign Magglio Ordonez

According to Jon Heyman, the Detroit Tigers have resigned Magglio Ordonez to a 1 year, $10 million deal.

Ordonez turned down 2 year offers elsewhere, as he is particularly loyal to owner Mike Illitch.

Last year, Ordonez hit .303 with 12 homeruns and 59 RBI for the Tigers.
