Horizon Pharma PLC (NASDAQ: HZNP) shares fell 5.54 percent to $17.21 in pre-market trading. Horizon Pharma has requested an approval for 16 million buyback. The company expects FY16 revenue of $1.025 billion to $1.05 billion and adjusted EBITDA of $505 million to $520 million.

Fastenal Company (NASDAQ: FAST) shares fell 3.62 percent to $45.24 in pre-market trading. Fastenal reported Q1 earnings of $0.44 per share on revenue of $986.7 million.

Alcoa Inc (NYSE: AA) shares fell 3.19 percent to $9.42 in pre-market trading. Alcoa reported better-than-expected earnings for the first quarter, but the company missed analysts’ sales estimates.

Starbucks Corporation (NASDAQ: SBUX) shares fell 2.12 percent to $59.61 in pre-market trading. Deutsche Bank downgraded Starbucks from Buy to Hold.

Spirit Realty Capital, Inc (New) (NYSE: SRC) fell 1.44 percent to $11.29 in pre-market trading after the company announced an upsize to a previously announced public offering. Spirit Realty announced the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 30 million shares of its common stock, up from a previously announced 27 million share offering at $11.15 per share.
